Fall Corn Maze Free Coloring Page

Published: Oct 17, 2019 · Modified: Sep 6, 2024 by Shelly · This post may contain affiliate links · 2 Comments

Fall is a great time for us to visit the pumpkin patch and find our way through a corn maze. Almost every community has one or two within driving distance.

Designs in the corn

The designs of the mazes are a-maze-ing (so punny!). Don't you love the bird’s eye view photos that show the creative pattern each farm chooses for their maze to be unique and personal? I wonder who does the actual designing?

The way the farmer translates the pattern into planting and growing the corn is kind of mind boggling as well.

Getting "lost" in the maze

The grands never tire of choosing just the perfect pumpkin and getting “lost” trying to find their way through the picture cut into the corn field. I have to admit that I find it a thrill as well!

If your grands live close by, make some plans to take them to your local pumpkin patch and corn maze. It is a great weekend activity to do together.

Pick up a couple extra pumpkins and try a fun pumpkin decorating technique or have a pumpkin carving contest later in the day.

Fall Corn Maze Free Coloring Page

This experience of the pumpkin patch and corn maze is what inspired the Welcome To Nana’s coloring page for this month!

The Fall Corn Maze Free Coloring Page features a maze that cuts across the page. I designed it to be a fun challenge for the grands! Of course, you are always welcome to try one yourself!

Here is the link to the Fall Corn Maze Free Coloring Page. I sure had a good time drawing this one. Kinda' like that chicken way up top! Ha!

Doing both the real maze and the coloring page maze make for some great connecting time. Those that get lost together are bonded together!

Don't get lost!!!

You really have to be paying attention to find your way through this one. I hope you have a great time.

As always, my favorite colored pencils to use are the Prismacolor brand. Check them out here: Prismacolor Colored Pencils, 72 Pack

Enjoy!

Thank you to the Sunny Side Pumpkin Patch, Assaria, KS for allowing me to take photos at their wonderful location!!

If you try this craft, let me know! Go ahead and leave a comment, rate it, and tag a photo with #WelcometoNanas wherever you post.
