Steps to Make a Giant Hersheys Kiss
Stuff with candy
Gather your supplies to make the Giant Hershey Kiss. You will need to cut off the small tab on the edge of the funnel that you use to hang it up.
Place a half piece of tissue paper into the funnel to line it.
Pack the funnel with small items. Such as candy, a small toy, heart shaped ornament, gift card, jewelry, tickets to an event, money, etc. You could include a heartfelt message too!

Wrap with plastic
Wrap the ends of the tissue paper over the funnel contents.
Wrap the funnel with plastic food wrap or a recycled plastic shopping bag. Set the funnel down into the bag, pull the bag up towards the tip, twist it and then pull back down. Leave the opening of the spout open or clear.
Wrap a couple more plastic shopping bags around the funnel to create a triangular shape. Tape them into place.

Add the "KISSES" tag
Cut a one-inch strip of paper from a piece of white copy paper. Write “KISSES” on the strip with a blue marker.
Roll the end of the paper up into a point and stick it down into the opening of the spout on the funnel.

Wrap with foil
Tear of two twenty-inch-long pieces of aluminum foil. Set them one on top of the other in a cross shape.
Set the funnel down on the center of the foil and bring it up over the funnel. Press it against the funnel to get a good triangular cone shape, like a Hershey Kiss. Cut off extra foil if it is too much. Press the top of the foil tight around the tip of the funnel and around the paper coming out of the funnel.

Craft Tips
Here are a few tips for your Valentine's DIY Giant Hersheys Kiss:
- Press into shape- The giant Hershey Kiss should have the shape and look of a Hershey Kiss. Continue to press and smooth the foil until you achieve that look.
- Packing the funnel- Place the most moldable item into the funnel spout. This helps get as much in the funnel container as possible.
- Scrap paper- Place the copy paper on scrap paper before using the marker to protect your work surface.
