It is easy for me to get so busy preparing for Thanksgiving that I forget to reflect on all of the blessings in my life. Let's stop and count those blessings before cooking that turkey!!

Some of these blessings may be running around your house over the holidays! Here are some ideas for connecting with your grands as you do some fun activities! Choose one activity to do together and then, while you are creating, ask them what they are grateful for today.

Here are a few Thanksgiving ideas from Welcome To Nanas.

Blessings Gratitude Jar-

While you count your blessings, write them down and slip them into your blessing jar. Someone could take a few minutes to read them before you have your Thanksgiving meal!! This is oh so easy to make and is oh so meaningful! Directions to make the blessings gratitude jar are found by clicking here.

Pumpkin Pie

Why not teach the kids to make a pumpkin pie this holiday? The recipe for perfect pumpkin pie can be found here.

Mini Pumpkin Table Decorations

These decorations are fast to make, colorful and cute. The kids will love helping use them to set a pretty table. The instructions for these simple decorations can be found here.

Candy Thanksgiving Turkey Table Favors

Don't forget about our Turkey Table Favors featured recently. Directions for the Candy Thanksgiving Turkey Table Favors can be found here.

Happy Thanksgiving from Nana!

Enjoy!
