Camping is a wonderful opportunity to spend time together as a family in the great outdoors. I’ve heard it said that it is a family building time because it makes you face the elements together.

"It builds character!"

One time we had a four inch rain that soaked all of our sleeping bags in our tent! “It builds character,” as my dad used to say. Ha! Seriously, our camping trips are some of our kid’s favorite memories.

Get away and camp...

Camping is a wonderful time to get away from the pressing schedules, put the electronics away and just be together. We are hoping to pick up a small, light-weight camper to pull behind our SUV and take the grands camping next summer. We’ll let you know how that works out. (We are actually looking for suggestions on a camper if you have some.)
