Instructions
Place the oats and nuts on a baking sheet with sides. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
In a small saucepan, heat the honey, butter and brown sugar until melted and bubbly. Take off the heat and add the vanilla and the salt.
Stir in the yummy extras of your choice. (Wait until the mixture has cooled a bit before adding chocolate chips though, or they will melt!)
Place a piece of parchment paper or aluminum foil in the bottom of a 9×13” pan. Spray the bottom of a measuring cup (or your hands) and press the mixture evenly into the pan.
Cool the bars for a couple hours. Lift the bars out onto a cutting board. Cut in half lengthwise and across into bars. Store in a covered container.
