3D Elephant Craft for World Elephant Day
A 3D Elephant Craft for World Elephant Day provides opportunity for fun & awareness using a milk jug & tissue paper for supplies.

Equipment
- Paint brush
- Scissors
Ingredients
- 1 Milk jug (I prefer ½ gallon size)
- Tissue paper of various colors
- Googly eyes
- School glue or ModPodge
- Permanent Marker
Instructions
- Draw a circle around the jug about 2 inches below the handle. Then draw the four legs by making semi-circles above the circle line- these leave the legs and rise up to be the underbelly of the elephant. (see the picture or video)
- Cut off the bottom of the jug by cutting along the circle. Then cut out the semi circle areas.
- Cut some of the tissue paper into pieces.
- Glue these onto the jug until it is completely covered. Cover the tissue with glue as well so it sticks well and lays flat. Let the glue dry.
- Glue on two Googly eyes, one on either side of the handle, aka "trunk".
