1Lemon cake mix& ingredients to make the mix, i.e. eggs, oil
1cupBlueberries
1tablespoonFlour
1 ½cupPowdered sugar
3tablespoonLemon juice(more to make drizzle)
1 ½tablespoonButtermelted
non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
Mix up the cake as directed
Toss blueberries in the 1 tablespoon flour and then stir into the batter
Spray donut tins with non-stick cooking spray. Fill ¾ full of batter
Bake at 350 degrees for 14 minutes (till toothpick comes out clean)
Cool donuts in pans then place on cooling rack (put cooling rack over a cookie sheet to catch icing drips)
Mix icing. Put powdered sugar in a bowl. Add lemon juice and stir. Then add melted butter and stir.
May frost with this consistency OR add small amounts of lemon juice (½ teaspoon at a time) to get to a drizzle consistency. Drizzle over donuts. Let stand to set up.
