packages of cornbread muffin mix
8 ½ oz

Tbsp.
brown sugar

large eggs

cup
milk

can
11 oz. whole kernel corn, drained

all beef hot dogs
sliced into ¼ inch slices
Paper muffin cup liners
Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add eggs, milk and corn.
Place paper muffin cups in tins.
Put 3-4 slices of hot dog in each muffin cup.
Spoon cornbread mix over muffins.
Fill muffin cups ¾ full.
Bake at 400 degrees for 14-18 minutes.
