  • Mixing bowl
  • Muffin tin

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages of cornbread muffin mix 8 ½ oz
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can 11 oz. whole kernel corn, drained
  • 5 all beef hot dogs sliced into ¼ inch slices
  • Paper muffin cup liners

Instructions
 

  • Mix all dry ingredients together.
  • Add eggs, milk and corn.
  • Place paper muffin cups in tins.
  • Put 3-4 slices of hot dog in each muffin cup.
  • Spoon cornbread mix over muffins.
  • Fill muffin cups ¾ full.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 14-18 minutes.
