Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 15 oz can Pumpkin
  • 1 ¾ cup Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Cloves
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon Allspice
  • cup Water
  • ½ cup Nuts- chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine and mix sugar, oil and eggs.
  • Add pumpkin and mix.
  • In separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  • Add the water and nuts (nuts are optional).
  • Stir only till mixed, don't overstir.
  • Line muffin tins with paper muffin liners.
  • Fill muffin cups ⅔ full with batter.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
