Paper Muffin Tin Liners
- 1 ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 15 oz can Pumpkin
- 1 ¾ cup Flour
- ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Cloves
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon Allspice
- ⅓ cup Water
- ½ cup Nuts- chopped (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine and mix sugar, oil and eggs.
Add pumpkin and mix.
In separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
Add the water and nuts (nuts are optional).
Stir only till mixed, don't overstir.
Line muffin tins with paper muffin liners.
Fill muffin cups ⅔ full with batter.
Bake for 20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
