Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 8 slices of Bread
  • Butter
  • Toppings optional: butter, syrup, powdered sugar, fruit, nuts, whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Add the flour to a medium mixing bowl, the then whisk in the milk until all the lumps of flour are gone.
  • Next, add the eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt and cinnamon and whisk until combined.
  • Meanwhile, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour the batter into a shallow dish that is larger than the bread slices, then dip each slice of bread into the batter to coat both sides.
  • Place the coated bread on the skillet. Fry until the first side is golden brown, then flip and repeat on the other side.
  • Serve warm with whatever toppings you and your little chef choose!
